WHERE IT STARTED
Even as a professional athlete, I was riddled with insecurity, self doubt and fear. It wasn’t until my playing days were over that I found there are REAL strategies to change your state of being on game day. To go from fearful to confident. And few things are more powerful than YOUR OWN WORDS.
With all of our trainings, we have found that kids can easily improve confidence and self control....often immediately. We teach kids THEY HAVE THE POWER to control their emotions. By simply taking control of the words they use they can have DRAMATIC improvements in their attitude and their outcomes.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
A hard day or a mistake is one moment. Make room for their strengths, interests, and effort, too.
Give them a starting point, then let them write, draw, or talk in their own way.
Trying again and asking for help deserve attention. Confidence has room to grow in everyday moments.
